Can I use Isomer?
Isomer can only be used by Singapore government agencies and public healthcare institutions.
Pricing
Isomer is free for use.
No other hidden costs?
While usage of Isomer is free and there's no direct payment required for the Isomer team's services, agencies should be aware of potential associated costs:
Domain acquisition and management
Costs may differ depending on the domain to be procured.
Your agency's IT department is typically responsible for procuring and managing domains. Check-in with your IT department to understand the associated costs.
Integration with other necessary products and services not from Open Government Products (OGP)
Some examples of necessary products and services you may need to subscribe to but not provided by OGP include web monitoring.
These factors should be considered when budgeting for your Isomer website project. It's advisable to consult with your IT department and/or finance team to understand all potential costs.
Roles and responsibilities
Of Isomer users:
As an Isomer user, you are responsible for managing and maintaining all content on your Isomer website. This includes, but is not limited to:
Migrating all content from your old website to your new Isomer website
Approving and publishing any content changes
Creating and updating content such as text or images
Ensuring that your website content meets any required standards
For Singapore Government agencies: Digital Service Standards (DSS)
Maintaining website administrators and regularly removing inactive users
You can add a vendor as a collaborator on your website, but you are responsible for all communication with, and actions of, your vendors. The Isomer team will not directly liaise with any vendors.
Of the Isomer team:
Isomer will be responsible for website hosting, maintenance, support, and ensuring compliance with relevant clauses of policy such as the Instructional Manual 8 (IM8) and Digital Services Standards (DSS). We are here to ensure that your website is up and running smoothly, and offer training and technical support if you encounter any issues.
To ensure such compliance of all websites it hosts on the platform:
The Isomer team places restrictions on certain CMS actions to ensure compliance with government regulations, such as preventing required pages (e.g. privacy, terms of use) from being deleted.
The Isomer team manages all security centrally, including any security testing (e.g. VAPT) and audits or tests. You do not need to conduct these independently.
We do not offer website design services, and are unable to provide custom designs or layouts for your website.
Application process
Before contacting support, check out if your site is suitable for Isomer here.

Content population timeline
Provide your expected start date

Including these details will help the Isomer team understand your requirements and effectively assist you with your new website project.
Does your current Isomer site not look like this?
If your website looks like the one at classic.isomer.gov.sg, don't worry; we're finalising plans to upgrade it.
The Isomer team will be contacting you in Q1 2025 with more information on how and when it will be done.
